Peugeot 403 Cylinder Head

Here is an example of a cylinder head prepared. The customer wanted more power from the engine: higher compression ratio and better balance. Original engine is a 1500 cc and a typical '50 engine with a compression ratio 7:1.

The work consists e.g. better channels, new valve guides and bigger intake valves. The valves are worked for competition style so, that fuel flow is guaranteed from the very beginning of the valve opening. This head is modified as well so that a new intake for double carburators is optimised with the cylinder head.
